The Wild Beer Co

A series of anthropomorphic characters I designed for West Country based, craft Brewery the Wild Beer Co.

An initial suite of 8 characters for their Jessop House site was followed a couple of years later by a giant mural titled ‘Sloth Poseidon’. We produced this massive 3 x 7 metre long image as a bespoke wallpaper for their second site at Wapping Wharf in Bristol where it covers the whole back wall of the bar.

This ongoing project has so far included not just the artwork itself but printing & framing as well as can design and r&d of a number of different materials to print bespoke wallpaper onto eventually settling on a polymer blend with similar characteristics as the new £5 note which combining high quality art reproduction with a hard wearing and water resistant surface suitable for a bar / restaurant environment.
